Mango Salute Hello Scholarship

Mango Salute is proud to be offering a $1,000 (USD) scholarship to a college or graduate student.

 

The Essay

Essays must address the topic below and be within the specified word limit.

Topic: “The Way We Say Hello and How It Has Developed In Space And Time.”
Word Limit: 500-1,000words
Deadline: 1st May, 2014 by 5:00pm EST

 

Eligibility Rules

The applicant must:

  • Be accepted or be currently enrolled in a college/graduate program for 2014
  • Be over 16 years of age

 

What You Need

Each applicant must submit:

  • A completed Application Form
  • An essay on the specified topic
  • A photograph

Closing time – 1st of May, 2014 17:00 EST (even if you live in another time zone)

 

The best Submissions

Mango Salute will be publishing some of the best entries on their website. So don’t forget to see if your story has been published throughout May.

 

Winnings

Scholarship Winner will be contacted directly and the Scholarship will be paid directly to the winner via PayPal. We will contact the winner before announcing publicly to collect details (including proof of enrolment and age) before we will release any winnings.

 

Announcing the winner

The winner will be announced (with photo and brief introduction) on mangosalute.com, across social media and reserves the right to publish the story in other publications.
